Web Design License Agreement
The following is a legal agreement between the client (you) and Enchanting Templates Boutique. Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing.
Authorization:
Installation of the web design on the client's hosting account. The client hereby authorizes Enchanting Templates Boutique access their site administration and c-panel for the sole purpose of installing the web design.
Custom web designs require a 50% non refundable deposit. Pre-designs are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payment:
We accept of forms of payment through Paypal.
Cancellation:
There are no refunds due to the nature of digital products or services.
Copyright:
Enchanting Templates Boutique retains copyright privileges on images and designs. Our clients own copyright to their own website content. Enchanting Templates Boutique copyright notice appears at the bottom of each web template. The text and link may not be removed or altered. We charge a $150. fee for link removal. Nothing on this web site is public domain.

Auction Template License Agreement
The Graphics,HTML and Help Pages are copyrighted. All rights are owned by Enchanting Templates Boutique. Your right to use the template's html, Help Pages and graphics are subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
You may not alter, change, colorize, resize, or modify any or all images. You may not use the graphics to create new images.
The sole purpose for my auction templates and graphics are for listings only with ebay. Graphics and HTML may not be used outside of ebay.
Enchanting Templates credit appears at the bottom of each template and may Not be removed.
Templates are sold per ID. One ID per purchased template. If you would like to use a template for multipliable ID's you must purchase a template for each ID.
You may not use the HTML, Help Page and graphics to create new templates.
My Help Pages are copyright and may only be viewed by the purchaser.
